- List your name; provide brief intro about yourself (1 paragraph minimum- 5 sentences + [but be succinct])
- Tell why you are taking this course or college courses in general (1-2 additional sentences).
- Email me at j.d.hanson@hotmail.com & jhanson@mscc.edu your first in class "doodle." Take a clear picture of it with a camera or cellphone. Get a friend in class to (and forward it to you) if you don't have a camera or phone. I will use them in a future blog post!
- Read this article: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=101727048 and build on the intro class discussion about doodling! (5 sentences).
- Type your paragraph for the http://thefirstline.com/ story (you wrote in class)!
- Be personal! Nothing is more boring than rote or robotic assignment completions (for the instructor or students)! Always put your full effort into your work. Think of it as a hobby, something you enjoy doing, or rather a gateway to your goals! Anything you attach your name to, you should have pride in.
